RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At L'Établi, your satisfaction and your trust come first.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the exception below.

You may open the parcel and examine the product

Opening your parcel and examining the item — unpacking it, looking at it, handling it as you would in a shop — does not make you lose your right of withdrawal.

Hygiene exception (intimate products)

All our intimate products are delivered under a hygiene seal. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, a product whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded (article L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code).

Only breaking the seal triggers this exception. A product whose seal is intact remains returnable, even if the shipping box has been opened.

Faulty or non-conforming product — Legal guarantee (2 years)

Independently of the right of withdrawal, your purchases benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code), which covers you for 2 years from delivery of the goods, and from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the Civil Code), which lapses 2 years after the defect is discovered.

If a product is faulty or non-conforming, write to us at contact@letabli.shop with your order number and a photo if possible. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund, at our expense.

How to return an eligible item

1. Write to us at contact@letabli.shop with your order number, or use the form below.
2. Once approved, send the item to: L'Établi — Nathan Uhlmann, 2 Impasse des Roseaux, 34110 Frontignan, France.

Return shipping is at your expense, except for a faulty or non-conforming product (at ours). Tracked shipping recommended.

Refund

Once received and checked, you will get a confirmation email. If approved, the refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
