Delivery times & costs
- Mainland France, Corsica included: €8.90 — free from €99 of purchase.
- Dispatch within 24–48 working hours (1–2 working days) after payment confirmation, followed by 3–5 working days in transit. Estimated total including preparation: 4–7 working days.
- Carrier: DPD, home delivery with a tracking number sent as soon as the parcel ships.
- Products are dispatched by our logistics partner in Spain (European Union). We do not hold our own stock or operate our own dispatch premises.
- We only deliver to mainland France, not to other countries or the French overseas territories for the time being. If an order's total does not cover the cost of shipping its parcel, a message invites you to add an item before payment.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your decision to withdraw. Opening the transport packaging does not remove this right if the applicable hygiene seal remains intact. The exception only applies to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (art. L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). Your statutory rights, including for faulty or non-conforming goods, remain unaffected. See our return policy.
