Delivery & discretion

Every order ships in a 100 % neutral parcel, with no mention of the contents or of the shop. Only a discreet trading name appears on your bank statement.

Costs and times

Home delivery by DPD: €8.90 to France (free from €99), €9.90 to Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands (free from €119), €12.90 to Belgium and Luxembourg (free from €139). Allow 3 to 5 working days from dispatch — your order ships within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation. A tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel ships.

Our shop and our products are reserved for people aged 18 and over.

Hygiene & returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. Opening the parcel and examining the product does not make you lose that right. For hygiene reasons, only intimate products whose hygiene seal has been broken cannot be taken back (article L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code).

Materials

Our toys are made from body-safe materials: medical silicone, glass, ABS, free from phthalates. The exact material is stated on each product page — in particular for lingerie and textile accessories, which use other materials.
