All parcels are neutral: no logo or mention of the contents on the outside.
Costs and times
Products are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging from the European Union. We only deliver to mainland France, Corsica included: €8.90, free delivery from €99, in 3 to 5 working days. Dispatch within 24–48 working hours (1–2 working days) after payment confirmation, followed by 3–5 working days in transit. Estimated total including preparation: 4–7 working days. If an order's total does not cover the cost of shipping its parcel, a message invites you to add an item before payment. Products are dispatched by our logistics partner in Spain (European Union). We do not hold our own stock or operate our own dispatch premises. See our Delivery & discretion page.

Our shop and our products are reserved for people aged 18 and over.
Hygiene & returns
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your decision to withdraw. Opening the transport packaging does not remove this right if the applicable hygiene seal remains intact. The exception only applies to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (art. L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). Your statutory rights, including for faulty or non-conforming goods, remain unaffected. See our return policy.
