Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern sales made on letabli.shop, published by Nathan Uhlmann (sole trader), SIRET 10251170600016.

1. Products

The products offered are intimate wellbeing items and accessories for adults, reserved for customers aged 18 and over. Photos are not contractually binding.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. As the business benefits from the VAT exemption scheme, the notice “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” applies (prices net of VAT). Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Every order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent once payment is validated.

4. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging from the European Union. Shipping costs: €9.90 to Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands (free from €119); €12.90 to Belgium and Luxembourg (free from €139); €8.90 within mainland France (free from €99). 6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Hygiene exception: intimate products unsealed or unpacked after delivery cannot be taken back (Art. L.221-28 5°). See our return policy.

7. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.

8. Applicable law and consumer mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, after a prior written complaint to our customer service, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator: SAS Médiation Solution, 222 chemin de la Bergerie, 01800 Saint Jean de Niost — online form (full contact details in our legal notice). Mediation is free for the consumer and must be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
