These terms govern sales made on letabli.shop, published by Nathan Uhlmann (sole trader), SIRET 10251170600016.
1. Products
The products offered are intimate wellbeing items and accessories for adults, reserved for customers aged 18 and over. Photos are not contractually binding.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. As the business benefits from the VAT exemption scheme, the notice “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” applies (prices net of VAT). Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Every order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent once payment is validated.
4. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, at the time of ordering.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging from the European Union. Shipping costs: €8.90 within mainland France, Corsica included (free from €99). Dispatch within 24–48 working hours (1–2 working days) after payment confirmation, followed by 3–5 working days in transit. Estimated total including preparation: 4–7 working days. Products are dispatched by our logistics partner in Spain (European Union). We do not hold our own stock or operate our own dispatch premises. We only deliver to mainland France, not to other countries or the French overseas territories for the time being. If an order's total does not cover the cost of shipping its parcel, a message prompts the customer to add an item before payment. See our Delivery & discretion page.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your decision to withdraw. Opening the transport packaging does not remove this right if the applicable hygiene seal remains intact. The exception only applies to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (art. L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). Your statutory rights, including for faulty or non-conforming goods, remain unaffected. See our return policy.
7. Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
8. Applicable law and consumer mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, after a prior written complaint to our customer service, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator: SAS Médiation Solution, 222 chemin de la Bergerie, 01800 Saint Jean de Niost — online form (full contact details in our legal notice). Mediation is free for the consumer. The 90-day period starts when the mediator notifies the parties that the application is admissible. It may be extended for complex disputes, with the parties informed of the extension.
