L'Établi (Nathan Uhlmann, sole trader, SIRET 10251170600016) attaches great importance to the protection of your data and processes it in accordance with the GDPR.

Data controller: Nathan Uhlmann — contact@letabli.shop.

Data collected: when you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses and phone number. Your payment details are handled by our secure payment provider and are never stored by us.

Purposes and legal bases: fulfilling and shipping your orders and providing customer service (performance of the contract); meeting our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation); sending you our offers and new arrivals (consent, withdrawable at any time); measuring site audience (consent).

Recipients and processors: Shopify (store hosting and order processing), our partner logistics warehouse in Spain (picking and dispatch), our carrier, our payment provider, Judge.me (customer reviews), and — subject to your consent — Google and Meta for audience measurement and advertising.

Transfers outside the European Union: some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Retention period: order data is kept for 3 years from the last contact for the commercial relationship, then 10 years for accounting records under legal obligations. Prospecting data is kept for 3 years from the last contact.

Your rights: you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to contact@letabli.shop. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies: the site uses cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to your consent, audience measurement and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Hosting and security: the site and the data are hosted by Shopify International Limited (Dublin, Ireland). Your exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS) and your parcels always plain and discreet.
